WDSD Spotlight – Eliana Tant

My name is Eliana and I’m 2 years old. In addition to rocking an extra chromosome, I also rock pulmonary hypertension, a couple heart defects and a feeding tube. My super power is eating and sleeping at the same time!! I love my family and music and toys that light up. I can crawl and pull up on all the furniture and my therapists are working hard to help me walk. Because of DSL I have an awesome group of friends from the infant class and we will get to grow up together, which is very exciting. My momma loves that she has a group of Rockstar mommas who are on the same journey with us and that she can talk to.
