DSL’s Got Talent FAQs

Save the date for 2026: Sunday, August 30th!

We’re excited about our upcoming 2025 Talent Show: DSL’s Got Talent on Sunday, August 24th!

For our members looking to rehearse their group numbers for the show, follow this link

Here’s what you need to know!

  • The address for NAHS is 1020 Vincennes St, New Albany, IN 47150
  • The theatre entrance is just to the right of the main doors, and DSL flags will be marking the doors
  • Our dress rehearsal that Sunday starts at noon. John will arrive at 11a that morning, so take as much time as your member needs to be ready for the run of show to start at 12 on the dot.
  • Members need to arrive in their full costume / outfit. Accessories can be added upon arrival, but we will not have time for members to change outfits.
  • We will perform the entire show as a dress rehearsal.
  • After the dress rehearsal, we will have pizza and water provided to members. (Cheese/Pepperoni/or Gluten Free)
  • Members will hang out with DSL staff backstage behind a closed curtain until the show begins

 

  • The show starts at 3p
  • All are welcome to come and enjoy the show!
  • We are asking for a $5 donation per guest in attendance and please consider bringing cash for in-show games
  • The show is estimated to last around 90 minutes
  • Boogie Down Crew shirts and The Louisville Hat will be available for purchase before/after the event
