Virtual Cooking Class- Tortellini Alfredo Bake

Alfredo Tortellini Bake

DSL Chef Level: Easy (oven) no boil recipe!

Ingredients

  • 20 oz package cheese tortellini (frozen or fresh) 
  • 16 oz frozen peas
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon (pre packaged or cooked) 
  • 24 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh chopped basil, as garnish

Directions

  1. Wash your hands!
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  3. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Add the cheese tortellini to the dish with 1/2 cup of HOT water.
  5. Sprinkle the peas onto the tortellini
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon around the tortellini.
  7. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the top and gently combine with the pasta.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and tortellini are cooked.
  10. Enjoy! (We suggest enjoying with some yummy vegetables)
