Sausage Balls- Virtual Cooking Class

Sausage Balls

DSL Chef Level- Easy (oven or air fryer)

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Bisquick
  • 1 Pound Sausage
  • 16 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Optional: maple syrup for dipping

Directions

  1. Wash your hands!
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Spray a rimmed baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, shape into 1-inch balls, squeezing sausage balls so the hold their forms. You can also use your hands, we suggest using gloves.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake until brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Best served warm
  9. Optional- some people serve these with maple syrup!
