Ham and Egg Cups (GF)- Virtual Cooking Class

Ham and egg cups

DSL Chef Level: Easy (oven)

Ingredients for 6 egg cups

  • 6 Ham slices or Canadian bacon
  • 6 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash your hands
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Place ham or Canadian bacon in muffin tin, may need to use a knife to overlap easier and make a “cup” shape
  4. Crack an egg into a small bowl, remove any shell, then add to a cup.
  5. Repeat this until you have filled all of the cups
  6. Add salt and pepper to the egg
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the egg is to your liking.
  8. Let cool few a few minutes
  9. Remove from pan and enjoy!

*If you prefer scrambled eggs you can scramble first, fill the cups with the egg, and bake
