kitchen gloves (optional!)

Instructions

  1. Wash your hands!
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees and spray your muffin tin.
  3. Unroll your pie crust and cut 12 pie crust ‘circles’.
  4. Press pie crust circles into your muffin tins.
  5. Mix pumpkin puree and 1 egg in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Then 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
  8. Use a whisk to mix all ingredients. Combine.
  9. Fill each muffin tin with 3 teaspoons of filling.
  10. Carefully place the muffin tins in the oven – don’t forget your Oven Mitt!
  11. We’ll bake them for 25-30 minutes.

  13. Once cooled, enjoy on their own, or with a little dollop of whipped cream!
