Woodford Reserve/DSL Bottle Pre-Order

Down Syndrome of Louisville and Woodford Reserve have collaborated for a truly unforgettable 2022 Holiday Season!

There will be 75 exclusive bottles of Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select engraved with the Down Syndrome of Louisville logo at two different Evergreen Liquors locations. (150 total!)

You can use this form to reserve your bottles ahead of time.

By filling out this form, you’re consenting to us emailing/texting you when the bottles become available.
We were told they should hit the shelves around Thanksgiving!

Each bottle is priced at $79.99.  $30 from each bottle sold goes directly to DSL.

If you’re interested in having your DSL Woodford Bottle(s) signed by a Master Distiller, you have two opportunities to do so!

  • On December 15th from 5 pm to 8 pm: Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall will be on location signing bottles at Evergreen Liquors Middletown.
  • On December 20th from 5 pm to 7 pm:
    Master Distiller Chris Morris will be signing bottles at Evergreen Liquors Prospect.
