Jayme Perez has been in sales and marketing for over 20 years. She has a digital marketing background previously working for major newspaper companies and TV stations.
Jayme is currently a Sponsorship Sales Manager with the Kentucky Derby Festival. For the past five years, she has been responsible for creating customized sponsorship, experiences and branding opportunities to support the communities largest civic event during the springtime in Kentucky.
Jayme is true people person and loves being involved in the community.
Jayme has a passion for our Military and previously be involved with Active Hero’s. She created and organized the Military Makeover campaign, which partnered with many organizations to give back to our military families locally. In the three years of being involved with this outreach effort, she organized and was hands-on helping to provide over 15 military families with new room makeovers in the local community.
I remember sitting in front of the TV watching Jerry Lewis Telethon every year. Watching it day in and day out and getting my parents to donate to help and running around the neighborhood to raise money to donate to the telethon. That same passion has been with me over the years and is what has drawn me to Down Syndrome of Louisville. I have always had a passion for getting involved with Down Syndrome of Louisville. When I had the opportunity to get involved I was so excited. I can’t wait to get involved and celebrate these amazing individuals and their families.
